KEK PONDAN (hidangkan untuk jantan2 uols)

nasihat dari akak sebagai primadona kesayangan ramai..matila..kesayangan ker?jagalah laki uol dengan hidangan yang istimewa setiap petang bila laki uol balik dari kerja.jantan suka air tangan fonen...jangan lupa selitkan sedikit mak esah yg akak dah ajarkan kat uol..matila..guna mak esah ker?cubalah baru uol tau hasilnya...ahaks

PONDAN BLACK FOREST CAKE MIX

Black Forest Cake Mix is a popular dessert and have elegant taste of rhum, makes it perfect for every ceremonial!

Tips :
Baking is done when toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Ingredients :
Wheat flour
Corn starch
Skim milk powder
Sugar
Emulsifier
Baking powder
Cocoa powder
Chocolate flavor
Food color: Brillian Blue CI 42090, Yellow FCF CI 15985. Carmoisine CI 14720

You Will Need :
10 eggs (4 eggyolks + 6 whole eggs)
150 gr margarine + 100 gr butter, melted

How To Prepare :
Beat eggs at high speed for 4 minutes until foamy.
Add Pondan Black Forest Cake Mix then beat again at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Add chocolate paste (found inside this box) and stir well until even. Then add cooled melted butter and stir well until even.
Divide cake batter into 3 portions. Prepare 3 baking pans 22x22 cm, cover the bottom with baking paper and grease the sides of pan with margarine. Pour every portion into its pan.
Bake for 15 minutes on medium heat till done. Let it cool for 5 minutes, peel of the skin of the first two cakes and spread on top of them with butter cream or strawberry jam, or whip cream. Put the last cake (skin unpeeled) at the top and stack them together
Ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion :
Serve cake with home made butter cream : Mix 100 gr shortening, 100 gr margarine, 3 tablespoons condensed milk, 2 tablespoons rhum, and 100 gr fine sugar altogether then beat at high speed for 15 minutes. Your home made butter cream is ready !

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid sunlight.
